Managing Partner.  A 'been there, done that' leader and guide.  She is a Big Picture thinker who is also focused on the details.  She's a strategist with experience in Operations, Project Management, Finance, and Advocacy, and a product of The Gulf Coast, she is on a MISSION in support of THE OCEAN !

Lee Ann Woods

Partner.  With a finance degree and a MBA in tow, this former investment banker knows how to put deals together.  From the Texas Coast, and now ased in Sarasota, he's our Florida connection.  He's also a "foodie," and is always looking for a delicious bribe!

Carlos Sharpless

Director.  She has spent years working with large regional and national brands and companies: Product Roll-Outs to Seasonal Merch.  Dallas Cowboys to Frito-Lay.  Design, Branding, Marketing, Websites & Social.  She's gotcha!  AND...She LOVES The Ocean.
